Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) in Bryan, TX, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician to support the daily upkeep of our multifamily community. You will handle repairs, respond to work orders, and prepare apartments for move-ins under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead.
This hands-on role covers general maintenance, apartment make-readies, porter duties, preventive tasks, and participation in after-hours on-call rotation.
