Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property;
Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed;
Assist in cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and following safety procedures;
Assist in inspections and safety training; communicate property needs to management and ensure regulatory compliance
