Join the Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions team as a Filta Fry Technician in Bryan, TX - a hands-on, mobile role where you'll help commercial kitchens run cleaner, safer, and more efficiently. • Perform on-site fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at commercial kitchen accounts
• Micro-filter cooking oil in deep fryers to extend oil life and improve food quality
• Conduct fryer cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections at each visit
• Manage and maintain a mobile filtration van stocked with equipment and supplies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and food service clients
• Document service visits, oil usage, and account activity accurately
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work early morning hours and manage an independent daily route
• Comfortable working in hot, commercial kitchen environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate and maintain filtration equipment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Prior experience in food service, kitchen operations, or route service is a plus
