Position Summary:

Carleton Living is seeking to hire a Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager is responsible for leading the overall apartment maintenance and preventative maintenance program and team.

Property Name: Saddlewood Club
Property Size: 232 Units

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, assigning work and tasks to appropriate team members.
• Complete maintenance work orders related (but not limited) to: plumbing, carpentry, make ready, groundskeeping, HVAC, appliance repair, etc.
• Complete plumbing maintenance issues such assnaking and clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, p-traps, toilets, sinks, faucets, installing dishwashers,…
