Are you the type of person who likes to catch a problem before it becomes a bigger one? Celtic Property Management is looking for a dependable, hands-on Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Westpark in Buckeye, Arizona.

• Perform routine and scheduled inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment, and building systems
• Identify potential maintenance concerns before they become costly repairs
• Replace filters, belts, and other routine maintenance items
• Complete and document preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• Assist with general maintenance repairs and service requests as needed
• Help maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to keep the community operating smoothly
• Assist with emergency maintenance needs when required

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and takes ownership of their work. Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance experience is preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed
