Future Infrastructure, a Primoris Company has an immediate opening for a Yardhand / Laborer in Creedmoor, TX.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized yard, shop, and fleet area.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, and materials to job site.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in a safe working condition.
- Support mechanics and technicians with various shop tasks as needed.
- Operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Company policies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager or Supervisor.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with Trade School or Mechanical Background.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a shop, yard, or laborer role preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform demanding tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Windows based software.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on an as needed basis.
- Standing, walking, including uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously.
- Close vision is required for some and distance and peripheral vision is required for safety.
