Responsibilities- Provideaccurateandtimelyphonesupport.
- Setup,install,repair,andperformpreventivemaintenanceon
Komaxmachinesin-houseoratcustomersites. - Completeandprovideallnecessarydocumentationtocustomer,sales,andservicesupervisorandattachitto
CRMforin-house workorworkatcustomersitesinatimelymanner. - Maintaincustomerandunithistoryon
CRMdatabase. - Inputofinteractionswithcustomers,sales,etc.mustbeenteredintothe
CRMdatabaseinaformatthatisclearandconcise. - Maintainaneatandorganizedenvironmentatadesk,in-house workareas,andatcustomersites.
- Communicateandcoordinatewithotherdepartmentsorpersonnelwhentheuseoftheirequipmentisneeded.
- Theabovejobdescriptionisnotintendedtobeanall-inclusivelistofdutiesandstandardsoftheposition.
Incumbentswillfollowanyotherinstructions,andperformanyotherrelatedduties,asassignedbytheirsupervisor. - Performatahighlevelonthe Komaxobjectivesprogram.
- Adheretocompanypoliciesandproceduresasstatedinthequalitysystemdocumentationmanual,thesafetymanual,andtheemployeehandbook.
- Relocationisnotprovided.
- Certificateinelectronicsorrelatedexperience
- Minimumof3years'experiencewithskillsintraining,installingandrepairingvariousmodelsofindustrialmicro-processor-controlledequipment
- Bilingual(Spanish),preferred
- MS-Office
- Generalpersonalcomputerknowledge,ERPexperience
- Mustbeabletoreadandcomprehendelectricalschematicsanddrawings
- Goodoralandwrittencommunicationskills
- Strongmechanicalaptitude
- Applicantsmustbelegallyauthorizedtoworkinthe United States
- Demonstratehighlevelofattentiontodetailwheninspecting,troubleshootingandrepairingunitstoensuretheworkisaccurateandcomplete
- Goodmanualdexterity
- Valid driver’slicensewithagooddrivingrecord
- Abilitytoliftupto
