** Overview:
*** The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility environment that supports production, warehouse, and office operations.
* This position performs routine cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, and basic facility upkeep while complying with all company safety and quality standards.
* The Custodian helps ensure that employees, visitors, and customers experience a professional and well-maintained workplace.
* Supports cleanliness, upkeep, and sanitation standards across 150k sq ft Distribution Center.
* Assists with special cleaning projects and facility improvement initiatives as assigned.

Hours:

*** Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
** Compensation Details:
*** The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
** Primary Duties and Responsibilities and Tasks to Fulfill Duties:
*** Clean and sanitize production, warehouse, office, restroom, breakroom, and common areas.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
* Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies as needed.
* Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
* Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas.
* Manage recycling materials according to company requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and waste collection areas.
* Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting facility issues.
* Assist with facility setups, moves, and general housekeeping projects.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervision of repair needs.
* Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
* Identify and report hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions promptly
* Maintain compliance with company housekeeping standards

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED
* Minimum 1 year of custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
