Flextronics - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues;
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems, motors, drives, sensors, and automated machinery;
Provide hands-on technical support during difficult breakdowns and mentor technicians;
Assist Maintenance Manager with work order assignment and labor allocation;
Assist with the management and organization of maintenance spare parts inventory, including critical spares tracking, usage analysis, and reordering
