What We're Looking ForPerforms basic tasks associated with servicing customer products, adhering to productivity and quality standards.
1st shift: M-F 6:45AM - 3:15PM
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing products to restore functionality and ensure quality.
- Inspect products for defects, perform post-repair functionality tests, and maintain equipment and tools.
- Document repair processes, findings, and parts used, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Communicate repair updates and timelines while handling products with care to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve repair goals in a respectful and supportive environment.
- Follow safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment issues.
- Contribute to maintaining quality and consistency by adhering to repair procedures and standards.
- No diploma required;
Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed - No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Attention to Detail:
Ability to identify small issues and ensure repairs are completed accurately. - Manual Dexterity:
Comfortable working with tools and small parts to perform repairs. - Basic Problem-Solving
Skills:
Capability to follow step-by-step instructions to resolve technical issues. - Eagerness to Learn:
