Janitor
The Janitor will perform plant and grounds cleaning to insure sanitary and neat operation of the facility.
Specific Duties /Essential Functions:
- Follow and maintain daily cleaning schedule
- Cleaning of restrooms, Handrails, Floors, Vestibules and Stairwells
- Must be able to sweep, scrub and mop floors as necessary.
- Collect and dispose of facility trash and recycling.
- Replace/stock cleaning supplies for restrooms and break areas.
- Must be able to safely operate a floor sweeper and floor scrubber.
- Maintains outside grounds.
- May be called on to perform various duties as required by supervisors.
Experience:
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be able to communicate and work well with others.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
