Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience). Full-time 40 hours a week.

• Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all janitorial duties and assist with light maintenance duties at designated site.
• Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.
• Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
• Performs snow removal and landscaping if needed and assigned.
• Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
• Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
• Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems.
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to On-call.
• Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
