Cleaner/Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $17 - $21/hour (based on experience) part-time, 20 hours a week.

Property:
Crossroads. The Crossroads community is operated under the Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This community is designated to facilitate the housing needs of low‑income households and has 78 units.

• Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all outside grounds, inside and outside janitorial duties and light maintenance at designated site.
• Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.
• Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
• Performs snow removal and landscaping as required.
• Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
• Participates in On‑call rotation (required).
• Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
• Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems required.
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to required On‑call.
• Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
