We are looking for candidates with prior Floor Tech experience. Successful applicants must be comfortable operating a Side by Side, Strip and Seal, Dry Foam Carpet Extraction, and Auto Buffer. A working knowledge of proper floor cleaning procedures and familiarity with floor machines is necessary to excel in this role.

As a Floor Technician, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Efficiently operating walk-behind floor scrubbers, side-by-side machines, strip and wax equipment, and carpet extraction tools.
• Implementing proper floor cleaning procedures and utilizing the necessary machines for assigned tasks.
• Demonstrating organizational and implementation skills, following assigned cleaning schedules, and performing periodic work.
• Managing and tracking tasks performed, with daily, weekly, and monthly reports completion.
• Showcasing mechanical aptitude in handling various floor machines.
• Operating vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment as needed.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 with valid identification.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Valid driver's license required for this position.
• Open availability, as hours for this position may vary.
