Position Details

Apartment Maintenance Technician

* Pay: $20/hr

M-F (8-5)

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests independently

* Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs

* Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations

* Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks

* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

* Previous maintenance, construction, or renovation experience

* Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day

* Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)

* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

* Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
