Assist with operation maintenance and repair of equipment;
Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and facilities including light bulbs, painting, vinyl repair, tile repairs, caulking, etc.;
Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, guestrooms, meeting rooms, pool and hot tub;
Perform plumbing repair, laundry equipment repair, and preventative maintenance on exhaust fans and supply; monitor energy conservation; repair vacuums and other small equipment;
Respond to alarms to determine emergency status and report findings to Front Desk
