WhatYou'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our property remains in excellent condition while delivering outstanding service to residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare apartments for new residents, including:
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Drywall repairs and patching
- Flooring repairs and replacements
- Minor electrical and general maintenance work
Respond to and complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally
Conduct routine property inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and appearance concerns
Ensure all vacant apartments meet company standards and are fully move-in ready
Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the property
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, parts, and maintenance inventory
Assist with seasonal property needs, including snow removal, salting walkways, and weather-related maintenance
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance situations when needed
Accurately document completed work orders and maintenance activities
What We're Looking For- Experience in apartment, property, building, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of painting, drywall, flooring, basic plumbing, and minor electrical repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsville, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
