Construction Personnel Group in Buffalo, NY is seeking a General Property Maintenance role for a downtown commercial building. You will keep the building and grounds safe, clean and in good repair, and respond to work orders from management.
Shifts start at 7:30am and clock out at 3:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week. You will inspect HVAC, plumbing, lighting, safety systems, and coordinate with outside contractors, janitorial staff, and parking attendants to maintain operations.
