Club Attendant | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE

We are looking for Club Attendants to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for monitoring the point‑of‑sale system, restocking supplies throughout the event. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, the New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state‑of‑the‑art technology that will enhance the fan experience.

• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays).
• Adapt to changing operational needs and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Verify patrons’ IDs and open alcoholic beverages.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness of areas, guest areas, and counters.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.
• Assist in opening and closing duties including set‑up and breakdown.

Competitive salary starting at $20–$22 per hour commensurate with experience.

• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 25–50 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (e.g., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
