Duties of Assignment:
Support the Director of Facilities, Custodian and the operations at Holmes Elementary. Performs routine manual tasks requiring physical effort in the cleaning and care of the building.
Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of the properties of various cleaning substances; ability to understand and follow verbal and simple written instructions; ability to stand; stoop, bend and stretch for long periods of time; ability to use various cleaning equipment and products; ability to climb ladders and scaffolds; thoroughness; dependability; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

Experience:
There are no educational or experience requirements. Applicants must be able to perform physical labor.
