Pay Range: $68,000-$83,300

General Purpose of the Position
Responsible for inspecting and maintaining C redit Union propert ies , both owned and leased space, including but not limited to, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds . The Facility Technician II I performs skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems , as well as all other aspects of the physical building structure as well as site work, according to industry standards.
Troubleshoots and p erforms preventive maintenance , makes repairs, and supervises, directs, and assists outside service providers and contractors as needed . Assists and implements construction and capital improvement projects . Anticipates major repair s and maintenance needs to the Administrative Services and Facilities leadership .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Providesexceptionalservicesbydemonstratingcourtesy and personal concern for members,co ‑ workers,vendors and contractor needs,and follows ‑ upto ensure those needs are fulfilled.
- Operates building equipment and HVAC including automation system tomaintainproper heat, cooling, power, plumbing, etc.
- Organizes, schedules, and oversees outside vendors for maintaining,repairing building equipment, and completing allassignedwork throughout the
Credit Union of Coloradolocations. - Reviews and performs site preventive maintenance program.
Conductsoperational functions for maintenance logs and reports, work orders including all repairs, updating status towards completion, close out and status updates to key stakeholders.
Performs building and furniture modifications,as well asrepairs involvingcarpentry, painting, electrical work, and plumbing. - Ability to readand understandblueprints,change orders,RFP’s,RFI’s, AFI’sand schematics.
- Maintainsbuildingexteriorincluding hardscapes andlandscapingon an as-needed basis.
- Completes assigned maintenance functions in accordance withOSHA regulations, localandfederal codes, as well as established policies and procedures.
- Operates snow removal equipment tomaintainhardscapes.
- Provides emergencyandon-call service as requested,which may require work after hours and/or weekends.
- Assist the Central
Supplydivisionby processing incoming mail, delivering all packages, ordering materials for the Credit Union of Colorado, andfulfilling site order requestsmade byall departments. - Measure,report, andresolveallADA compliance concerns at all facilities.
- Adhere to all Federal,State laws,and regulations applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC.
- Manages organizational projects through the entire project lifecycle and according to project management standards and best practices.
Ensures projects are completed within established scope,schedule,and budget,utilizingcross-functional communication and collaboration, requirements definition and delivery,financial analysis, risk management planning, budgetmanagementand change control. - Manages vendor relationships related to thedefinitionproject requirements, ongoing implementation efforts, and escalations necessary to deliver successful projects.
- Assistsin managing theCredit
Union’sFacilityproject portfolio. Works with all business units, Project Portfolio Committee, and IT toensure proper alignment with organizational projects and initiatives. Communicates asneeded to Senior Management and organizational leaders,project priorities and relative updates including future schedule changes and adjustments. - Helpsbuild organizational competence and teamwork to support and deliver strategic projects, products, and services. Works with business leaders to define, prioritize, communicate, and achieve strategic projects tied to organizational goals.
