Field Services Engineer

• Perform preventive maintenance on freeze-drying equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for service execution and quality tracking
• Provide on-call support as required by service agreements
• Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships

• Technical certificate in electro-mechanical or related field, or associate degree + 3–5 years of industrial equipment experience
• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex machinery
• Understanding of PLC and PC-based control systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%)

• Experience with pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated equipment
• Familiarity with freeze-drying (lyophilization) systems
• Commitment to quality service and long-term customer relationships

• Must be able to travel frequently
