Environmental Services ​/ Custodial Manager 1

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager to lead day-to-day cleaning and environmental services for a hospitality-focused client. In this on-site role, you will supervise custodial teams, create schedules, and ensure spaces are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming. You will manage inventory and equipment, enforce OSHA and safety standards, perform quality inspections, and address client feedback. Working within Sodexo's inclusive, service-driven culture, you'll coach staff, support their development, and help optimize operations while contributing to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial and environmental services operations for a hospitality client site
• Supervise, schedule, and coach custodial staff to meet service standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection-control procedures
• Conduct inspections and implement quality improvement plans
• Manage inventory, ordering, and proper use of equipment and chemicals
• Assist with budgeting, labor management, and cost control
• Partner with client leadership to address service needs and feedback
• Train employees on Sodexo standards, safety, and cleaning protocols
• Support a culture of diversity, inclusion, and team collaboration
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and regulatory compliance
