Facilities Associate

Metro Self-Storage is hiring a hands‑on Facilities Associate to help keep our property running smoothly, support customers, and work around classic and specialty vehicles.

This is a great fit for someone who would rather be moving around, working with their hands, helping customers, and solving problems than sitting behind a desk all day.

• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑kept indoor and outdoor spaces
• Handle light repairs, painting, floor care, lawn care, and snow removal
• Clean, detail, and prep vehicles for storage
• Assist with Jeep top installations and removals; training provided
• Help customers with storage options, facility tours, and basic questions
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the facility running smoothly

We are hiring for full‑time and part‑time positions.

• Monday–Friday: 8:45 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Saturday availability is required

Full‑time employees work 40 hours per week and will have Wednesday off.

Part‑time employees will work up to 20 hours per week

• Dependability and a strong work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent

Prior maintenance, janitorial, facilities, automotive, landscaping, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

This is an active role requiring extended standing and walking, frequent bending and reaching, use of ladders and tools, and the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
