As a Healthcare Housekeeping Director at Mary Agnes Manor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our residents and staff. Located on the historic D'Youville Campus in Buffalo, NY, our community offers a wide range of services and programs designed to support the unique needs of older adults.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing effective cleaning protocols, managing staff, and maintaining budgetary responsibility.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including laundry, trash removal, and floor maintenance
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare housekeeping or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising staff
• Ability to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
