Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager for Aramark's Education facilities team, you will lead campus maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient buildings. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across classrooms, residence halls, and support spaces. Supervise and develop technicians, manage budgets, vendors, and work orders, and drive safety and compliance. In Aramark's inclusive, service-focused culture, you'll partner with campus leaders to enhance the learning environment and create positive daily experiences for students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for educational facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building systems
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, inventory, vendors, and service contracts to optimize costs and service quality
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Aramark standards while supporting a positive campus experience
