Cleaning and Restoration Technician

Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Service Area: Buffalo and surrounding Western New York communities

Schedule: Flexible availability is preferred. Work may include daytime, afternoon/evening, and occasional weekend assignments depending on customer and project needs.

Our technicians work on a variety of projects, so every day may not look the same.

• Residential cleaning and deep cleaning
• Commercial and office cleaning
• School and facility cleaning
• Post-construction and final cleaning
• Apartment and rental-property turnovers
• Floor cleaning and machine scrubbing
• Floor stripping and waxing
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Interior window and glass cleaning
• Property cleanouts and cleanup projects
• Flood and restoration cleanup
• Disinfecting and specialty cleaning
• Transportation and vehicle interior cleaning
• Other specialty cleaning projects

Some assignments are regularly scheduled cleaning accounts, while others may involve larger commercial projects, deep cleans, restoration work, or specialty services.

We're looking for individuals who:

• Can follow cleaning checklists and customer specifications

• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
• Respect customers' homes, businesses, property, and privacy
• Can safely lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
• Are comfortable being on their feet and performing physical work
• Are willing to learn new cleaning techniques and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to assigned job locations

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but it is not everything.

We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, character, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Experience with commercial cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning, janitorial services, or restoration work is a plus.
