Warehouse Sanitation Associate | Buffalo, NY

Warehouse Sanitation Associate | $17 – $19 per hour

Keep a busy warehouse clean, safe, and running smoothly — no experience required, though a janitorial/warehouse cleaning background is a plus!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible shifts between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pay: $17 – $19 per hour

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Empty waste bins and maintain clean common areas
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Operate floor scrubbers/sweeping machines
• Clean windows, dust surfaces, machines, and equipment
• Mix cleaning solutions per safety guidelines
• Vacuum, steam-clean, and shampoo carpets
• Move furniture/equipment using hand trucks
• Maintain building grounds: mow, trim, remove debris
• Handle snow/ice removal (shoveling, snow blower, de-icing)
• Set up/break down spaces for meetings and events
• Coordinate with pest control vendor as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs)
• Valid driver's license required
• Must read, speak, and write in English
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes in warehouse areas
• Prior warehouse or janitorial experience preferred, not required
