We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team in the Buffalo, NY area!

Compensation: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience) part-time 20-25 hours per week.

• Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all outside grounds, inside and outside janitorial duties and light maintenance at designated site.
• Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.
• Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
• Performs snow removal and landscaping as required.
• Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
• Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
