Wingate Management Company is seeking a Custodian tosupport our scattered-site residential properties throughout Buffalo, NY. Thisrole is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, andtaking ownership of maintaining clean and well-kept properties.

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties at assigned residential properties.
• Clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, entryways, offices, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep,mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove trash as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned properties.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report supply needs.
• Identify and communicate maintenance, safety, or property concerns to management.

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or property cleaning experience preferred.
• Dependable,punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
• Abilityto perform the physical responsibilities associated with custodial work.
• Abilityto travel approximately 75% of the workday between assigned properties.
• Reliable Personal Vehicle Required for Daily Travel Between Properties
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.

• Consistent Schedule – Enjoy a Monday through Friday workweek with steady,full-time hours.
• Independent Work – Take ownership of your assigned properties while working throughout the Buffalo area.

• Travel Support – Receive $150 per month for travel/gas expenses
