Custodian​/Building Maintenance

• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, restrooms, hallways, etc.
• Empty trash, sweep, and clean surfaces.
• Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures.
• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean restrooms.
• Clean counters, coffee, tea, and other equipment.
• Mop, dust, wash floors, vacuum, and clean windows.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Mop, scrub floors, vacuum, and spot clean carpets.
• Remove trash and sanitize trash containers.
• Maintain yard equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain company premises cleanly by picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform light dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, and dishware cleaning.

• Knowledge of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.

• Previous custodial or building maintenance experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Pre‑employment screening as required.

• Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend and lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
