Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet, on the go, and maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials safely, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies; rotate and store chemicals properly and place orders to replenish supplies when low.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
• Make a positive first and last impression for customers and ensure a safe and clean environment.

Additional compensation:
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Compensation note:
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
