Floor Tech​/Supervisor​/LA, CA

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Follow assigned work schedules and routes as directed. Report any barriers.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
• Manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
• Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
• Track all work through company’s work order application.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time.

• Drive his own vehicle
• Have a valid driver’s license
• English and Spanish
• Able to lift to 50 lbs

• Flexibility required
• Monday
  - Friday with some weekends
• Night shift with some mornings as needed
• 6pm- 2am
