Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and reliable Maintenance Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team. This position is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization.

• Train all new and existing staff to Equinox expectations.
• Notify the maintenance manager of any operational issues.
• Assist the maintenance manager in all club‑related special projects.
• Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment used by club employees.
• Inspect and repair all club equipment on a daily basis.
• Maintain full knowledge of all cleaning supplies and recommended chemicals.
• Manage inventory, restock, and replace all maintenance supplies.
• Perform all other projects and responsibilities assigned.

• Awareness of a clean and sanitary environment.
• Experience with cleaning products.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to service athletic equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills with the maintenance manager.
• Excellent customer service skills.
