Our clients are seeking dedicated and compassionate paraprofessionals to support students in a dynamic educational setting. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about working with children of diverse learning needs.

Schools are located in Burbank area.

• Provide classroom support under the direction of the lead teacher.
• Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities.
• Support students with behavioral management and social development.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision (e.g., lunch, recess).
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff.

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus.
• Minimum education requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or higher preferred).

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral health.
