Part-Time BCBA — Therapeutic Center

Open to alternating 2 days one week and 3 days the next

Hours: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

Compensation: $56–$60/hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team at a therapeutic center serving students in grades K–12. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with students and helping create positive behavioral outcomes in a structured school environment.

The schedule is approximately 2.5 days per week, with flexibility to alternate between 2 days one week and 3 days the following week.

Position Overview

The BCBA will provide behavioral support to students across the K–12 setting, helping the school team understand and respond to student behaviors while promoting positive, functional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support and consultation for students

  • Assess and address behavioral needs within the school setting

  • Develop and implement appropriate behavior strategies and interventions

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the school team

  • Monitor student progress and make recommendations based on observed needs

  • Support staff in implementing consistent behavioral strategies

  • Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment for students

Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification/licensure

  • Experience working with school-age students preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for supporting students with behavioral needs

  • Ability to work onsite in a therapeutic school environment
