Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at THRYVE of Burbank. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well‑being of our patients by providing exceptional dietary care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of patient meals, ensuring that all dietary needs are met

• Maintain accurate records of patient diets, including food intake and preferences

• Conduct routine rounds to ensure that patients are receiving their meals and snacks on time

• Collaborate with the nutrition team to develop and implement individualized dietary plans

• Participate in menu planning and food ordering

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
