Maintenance Mechanic — Burbank, IL
Pay: $33–44/hour
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
Shift: 3rd Shift
Job Duties- Troubleshoot PLCs:
Siemens and Allen Bradley - Read and follow schematics and blueprints
- Work with 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors
- Perform TIG welding as needed
- Repair and maintain gear boxes, bearings, and sprockets
- Check and adjust VFDs
- Replace switches and relays
- Perform PMs on die cutters, folder gluers, and laminating units
- Complete maintenance paperwork
- Follow safety procedures and identify hazards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical system failures
- Use shop equipment including drill press, band saw, and grinder
- Minimize downtime through timely maintenance
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve operations
