Location:

Buffalo Grove, IL

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Status:
Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do

• Maintain sanitation standards in a USDA-regulated food production facility
• Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment
• Clean production and non-production areas including floors, walls, and equipment
• Use power tools and cleaning systems (foaming, hand scrubbing, etc.)
• Participate in pre-operational equipment inspections
• Follow all GMPs, SOPs, PPE, and food safety requirements

• What We're Looking For

• Prior food sanitation experience required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and chemical handling
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and precision in cleaning tasks
• Able to communicate effectively with production and management
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced environments

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; heavier items with equipment or assistance
• Frequent use of hands; occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Ability to work around airborne particles and temperature extremes
• Must meet vision requirements (close, distance, color, depth perception)
