Maintenance Technician I or II | LARC at Burien (Burien, WA)

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs).

On‑Site Requirement:
This position requires physical presence at the job location during scheduled hours. Current residents of the property are not eligible.

If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date.

Property Information: LARC at Burien, a 160‑unit senior tax‑credit community built in 2020.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in getting units rent‑ready, including painting, cleaning, and ensuring timely unit turnover.
• Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of everyday duties.
• Maintain and service equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Track and maintain inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and/or customers.
• Be on‑call for emergencies or snow removal.
• Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures as established in the Operations Manual.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Well‑versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Ability to exemplify discretion and independent judgment to evaluate quality of work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
