Having worked seven days a week in restaurants open 24 hours, Truett saw the importance of closing on Sundays so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest — a practice we uphold today.

Chick-fil-A Appleby Crossing is an independently owned and operated quick service restaurant with a goal of serving the Burlington and surrounding community through our great food and remarkable hospitality.

Role Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Work outside in a drive-thru taking orders (year-round).
• Use POS software to take orders.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality to our guests.
• Have a positive attitude and communicate clearly and courteously with fellow team members, guests, and third parties.
• Adhere to all training standards within the restaurant.
• Demonstrate a willingness learn.
• Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs.
• Possess the ability to work in a high demand environment while maintaining all above standards.
• Show support to your team by being punctual, reliable, and consistent in every shift.
