We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working independently, and contributing to environmental safety and property health. You will play a key role in supporting inspection services through sample collection, equipment handling, and field testing. Opportunity for growth on an expanding team. Responsibilities:
• Perform radon monitor pick-ups and drop-offs
• Conduct water sampling in accordance with testing protocols
• Complete mold testing procedures , including air and surface sampling
• Assist with sewer scope inspections using camera equipment
• Perform well inspections following established guidelines
• Conduct chimney inspections and document findings
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Ensure proper handling and care of tools and testing equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using basic technology and inspection equipment
• Willingness to work in a variety of environments (indoors/outdoors, crawlspaces, roofs, etc.)
• Previous experience in environmental services, home inspection, or related field is a plus (training available) Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
