As a Maintenance Coordinator, you lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean and well‑maintained environment for residents, families and team members.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the community
- Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptly
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas
- Support resident move‑ins, room readiness and turnover processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards
- Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment
- Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
- Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards
- Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency

Pay Range: 31.90 - 42.60

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
