Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead on-site building, equipment and grounds maintenance for a hotel. This role may supervise 1-2 maintenance staff and involves hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and asset protection.
You will partner with the General Manager to manage the maintenance team, safety programs, budgets, and daily operations, including life-safety, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
