Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Seven Springs, a 331-unit community in Burlington, MA. You will perform maintenance in rental units, common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
Salary ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and a rotating on-call shift every four weeks. 1–3 years of experience and a valid driver’s license required.
