Commercial Door Service Technician – Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace CompanyCarolina Industrial Systems, a division of DH Pace, seeks experienced technicians to service and maintain commercial door systems in Burlington and surrounding areas. The role involves working with pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and other commercial clients to provide safety, security, and peace of mind.
Job Responsibilities- Service, repair, and perform maintenance on commercial doors and door hardware.
- Identify opportunities to sell and quote products or services to customers.
- Maintain a safe working environment and keep job sites clean and free of debris.
- Provide excellent customer service on every job.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. independently; must be able to bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- 1–3 years of construction experience preferred; experience with power tools and hand tools is required.
- Mechanically and technically inclined.
- Valid driver’s license.
Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) is required in advance of hire.
