Warehouse Maintenance Tech

Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Burlington, NC. The role involves maintaining electrical, mechanical, and robotics equipment and ensuring safe operations within the warehouse environment.

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour based on experience
• Schedule:
  
  First Shift Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 4:00 pm, occasional Saturday

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
• Aptitude to investigate and problem‑solve mechanical issues

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment
• Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors
• Maintain inventory controls for cost‑effective operations
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures
• Ensure safety standards are met and comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
• Depending on location, operate equipment and obtain required certifications
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
