Aleron is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Burlington, NC to oversee and perform maintenance for facility equipment and systems. You will supervise new installations, coordinate repairs with outside contractors, and drive preventive maintenance programs to ensure smooth production.
The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and prior manufacturing work. This position is a direct hire with a 2nd shift schedule (12pm-9pm).
