Job Title

Stock Inventory Clerk – Shipping & Receiving

• Assist with general materials acquisition using basic knowledge of trades (electrical, plumbing, heating, AC, refrigeration, carpentry, automotive)
• Drive box truck or van for pick‑up and delivery of supplies to various locations on and off campus
• Receive and maintain records for incoming and outbound shipments
• Prepare packages for shipment and issue stock on requisitions
• Perform record keeping and computer data entry using appropriate software
• Assist with cyclic, special, and other inventories of bin and bulk stock
• Promote a workplace culture that encourages safety within the shop and in the field
• Report to a MMW Supervisor

• High school diploma and at least two years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license and successful driver check required
• Successful completion of a physical screening
• Commitment to workplace diversity, sustainability, and customer value
• Warehouse/inventory control experience (desired)
• Knowledge of trade materials (desired)
• Computer proficiency (desired)
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment (desired)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and independent work skills (desired)

Pay range: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour.
Union position. UE minimum hourly rate: $18.50.

Background check and a pre‑employment physical examination are required. The position may include a probationary period, occasional evenings and/or weekends, and is ineligible for telework.
