Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the night shift maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimal production downtime.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians to support skill development and team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment history.
- Assist with planning and execution of equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdown projects.
- Ensure proper inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shift hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
Competitive salary or hourly wage, depending on experience. $80,000-$100,000 yearly DOE.
